DESCRIPTION Deep turquoise banded markings on the upper and lower wings on this beautiful swallowtail butterfly from the family Papilionidae. It is aprox. 10 cm with the male having the brightest colouring - the female is a dullish brown version.
Small rub marks on wings - frames may have small marks hardly noticeable - see image with red arrow
