DESCRIPTION Beautiful lemon and pink wings on the males and mint coloured wings on the slightly larger females display strong sexual dimorphorsim. Actias rhodopheuma derives from the Greek woeds “Rhodo” - ‘rose’ or ‘rose coloured’ (mostly pink) and ‘pneumos’ translates to the Greek word for ‘breath’ or ‘spirit. This is a spectacular moth and one you need to add to your collection.
