DESCRIPTION AKA Luna Moth endemic to Taiwan. The luna moth gets its name from its moon-like spots on each wing. This very small pale lemon / lime winged moth has several spots on the forewings. The adult Saturniidae moths have no mouth parts or feeding tubes. The moths live for 7-10 days as adults, utilizing fats stored from caterpillar days. This is the smallest Actias in this genus.
These specimens are hand reared and colours may vary.
