DESCRIPTION Electric orange and black colours in this brush-footed butterfly from the family Nymphalidae. Its wingspan is up to 92mm and is a fast flier frequenting clearings in forests and woodlands. It is often seen feeding on the nectar of Lantana.
The ventral wings have metallic gold / silver colourations when held on an angle.
